(JJB) is a national real estate appraisal and consulting firm with offices located throughout the United States which provides real estate appraisals of all types of educational faclities, including elementary, middle and high schools, religion-based schools, charter schools, colleges and universities in addition to daycare centers, training centers, classrooms and other special purpose properties.
Joseph J. Blake is one of the oldest independent national commercial real estate valuation and consulting firms in the United States. Established in 1946 in New York, the firm provides real estate appraisals, insurable replacement costs, market and feasibility studies, litigation support as well as offers a variety of other related consulting services. Through its national office platform as well as its formal strategic alliance with Sanyu – Japan’s largest and most prominent appraisal firm – Joseph J.
