Product Overview

ALSAN Coating AC 401 is a VOC compliant, high quality, single component, plasticizer-free, water-based, acrylic elastomeric roof coating and protective barrier for a variety of low slope roof surfaces and substrates. Upon cure, ALSAN Coating AC 401 forms a durable, reflective coating that is highly flexible and resistant to natural weathering with excellent adhesion. ALSAN Coating AC 401 may be applied as a reflective coating over most sound and dry single ply, asphaltic modified bitumen, BUR, and metal roofing systems.
